The firm was founded in April 2005 by Alice George who is a PR practitioner with over 20 years work experience in Malaysia. The team brings a wealth of information, ideas and knowledge, with value-added services for all clients.

Our People

Alice George – Principal Consultant
After 8 years with the British Council in Sarawak, she moved to Kuala Lumpur in 1993 to work 7 years with a leading public-listed property development and investment company in the country where she was involved with leading international events including APEC, G-15 Summit, ASEAN Summit, Women’s World Cup of Golf, the Tiger Woods visit to Malaysia, to name a few. In 1999, she was selected by its CEO to be a member of the core bid team invited by the British Government for the Adaptive Re-use of the Millennium Dome in the UK which was short listed in the top four for the international bid. She then went on to work for 4 years with the largest local public relations firm in the country as head of the marketing communications practice. She was Editor of “Celebrating 10 Years of Victory”; a coffee table book to commemorate the 10-year history of Sepang International Circuit in Malaysia, which was launched at the recent Formula 1 event in March 2008.

Santhi Mathurai - Executive Assistant to Principal Consultant
The Executive Assistant to the Principal Consultant, Santhi has worked over 20 years in the hospitality industry, bringing strong communicative spoken skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia, and having gained good administrative and organizational skills in project managing and assisting the Client servicing team in all Client related matters. From timelines to overseeing execution in a supervisory executive role, her invaluable experience lends the much needed support for Client related work in the firm.

Rahayu Mohd Kamal – Personal Assistant to Principal Consultant
With good communication skills, Rahayu brings with her the experience and networking of over 7 years of having worked with a leading 5-star hotel brand in Malaysia. Her innate passion for events drives her interest in event and project management skills in overseeing implementation and execution of activities within an integrated communication campaign in the PR industry, thus adding value for Clients. Rahayu monitors tasks within the consulting and coordination team at the firm to ensure timely delivery of services to all Clients.

Asha C Devi – Senior Consultant
Overseeing the portfolio of Clients at the firm, Asha with her people skills, networking and communication capabilities, fronts Client meetings and looks into Client deliverables and anchors key accounts with the support of a strong administrative team. A graduate Engineer in Civil & Environment Technology from Universiti Tun Hussein Onn Malaysia, Asha has interned with the Environmental Division of the Government Public Works Department and has undertaken various project management duties, including writing reports of an analytical nature. A good communicator in English and Bahasa Malaysia, both spoken and written, she has worked in telemarketing firms as a team leader and has experience in production of editorial content and events for Clients.. 

Sheetaljit Kaur – Senior Administrative Executive
Sheetal fronts the Client services coordination tasks in the firm. Having worked previously with a leading international PR agency, a global NGO and multinational organisations, she brings administrative, analytical and research skills to provide the support to the consulting team. She facilitates media relations for Clients, assisting with follow ups and follow through tasks that are crucial in the diligent tracking of deliverables. A communicator in English and Bahasa Malaysia, both spoken and written, she is driven with a passion for delivering the best work for Clients.

Guldip Kaur, Administrative Assistant 
A graduate in Sociology, Guldip is a seasoned and an experienced administrator in the team. Her  invaluable work experience are essential tools in managing a well-run office. Guldip supports the consulting team with strong structured follow-up communication to ensure good Client service across all accounts. She lends a much needed hand in media relations and helps track deliverables for the consulting team. Guldip assists in the overall upkeep of the office including ensuring accounting systems in place.

Vijaya Nagiah, Administrative & Front Office Assistant
With over 16 years experience in the hospitality and property industries fronting reception and administrative work, Vijaya assists the administrative team in supporting their Client services tasks.  She maintains the overall general upkeep of the office and looks after all Client files and databases, including daily tracking and communication with media and associates of the firm.
